CityMove-CityLog joint workshop: Towards clean, safe and sustainable city logistics

A workshop for cities and regions on improving urban freight deliveries will take place at Polis in Brussels on 21 February. The workshop will aim at installing a dialogue around the development of new operations and vehicle technologies.

The second user group workshop will take place in Brussels on the 21st February in Polis office. It will present innovative solutions develop within the CItyMove project related to:

  • vehicle design for greater efficiency;
  • greater safety of all users on the road with advanced urban freight vehicles and operations;
  • more energy efficienct vehicles and freight operations for greater energy efficiency and bettter environmental performances.

In the framework of this workshop, local authorities will be able to engage in a constructive dialogue with the industry and key stakeholders on future technologies and solutions for urban freight delivery. Participating local authorities may be eligible for the reimbursement of their travel expenses to attend this workshop, at certain conditions.
